The second level customer support department is responsible for handling customer inquiries, comments and complaints via phone and email in regards to the hardware and software functioning of the STR robots, while maintaining the highest standards of customer support that leads to satisfaction. This department is responsible of troubleshooting issues within a predefined timeframe. Our support services are offered in German language, English and French.
