Quality Management System Policy
We developed, documented and implemented business policies and systems dedicated to the ongoing improvement in the quality of our products and services.
inmind .ai commits to:
- the philosophy of “Quality Management System”,
- be in conformance with statutory and regulatory requirements, as same as with Quality Management System (ISO 9001:2015), and customers’ requirements,
- supply our customers with a large variety of quality products and services that exceed their expectations,
- continuously improve our processes, products, and services,
- constantly train our employees to ensure their competitiveness in performing their duties and responsibilities of producing quality products and services,
- establish effective internal and external communications channels through continuous training, regular meetings with customers, audits and follow-ups with external providers to enable immediate actions to any changes that may affect the quality of our products and services,
- communicate effectively this policy to all relevant interested parties through direct emails, website, regular training, External providers’ second party audit...,
- addressing climate change impacts as part of our quality management practices,
- review this policy at least once annually during our management review meeting.
