– Strong programming skills in Python
– Deep expertise in Natural Language Processing (NLP) — including tokenization, embeddings, attention mechanisms, and multilingual NLP tasks
– Advanced knowledge of Neural Machine Translation (NMT) with transformer-based models, sequence-to-sequence architectures, and domain adaptation techniques
– Proficiency with Large Language Models (LLMs)
– Experience training custom AI/NLP models from scratch, including domain-specific embeddings, encoders, and translation models using proprietary and historical datasets
– Experience with AI agent frameworks including autonomous agents, multi-agent systems, tool-use capabilities, Model Context Protocol (MCP), and reasoning frameworks (LangGraph, Agent Development Kit, or similar)
– Expertise in semantic technologies — knowledge graphs, vector databases, embeddings models, and semantic search
– Strong knowledge of scoring and evaluation metrics (BLEU, METEOR, BERTScore, COMET) and custom evaluation frameworks
– Develop autonomous AI agents for complex workflows and multi-agent document processing
– Design and develop production-grade AI-powered translation systems
– Develop custom models and optimize them for accuracy and context retention
– Fine-tune LLMs and train custom embeddings for domain-specific tasks and use cases
– Engineer and optimize prompts, evaluate model performance using relevant metrics
– Develop and optimize NMT models and NLP algorithms
– Implement RAG architectures with vector databases for context-aware tasks
– Experience with cloud platforms — Microsoft Azure is a plus
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams on AI solution architecture and deployment
– Research and integrate emerging AI technologies
– Studies: Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, CCE, or relevant field (Additional certification in Business Intelligence is a plus)
– Experience: 4 years of experience in the field
– Languages: Proficient in Arabic, French, and English
