– Proficiency in Python for AI/ML development
– Hands-on experience with Azure AI Services, including Azure OpenAI Service, Azure AI Translator, Azure AI Foundry, and Azure Bot Service
– Experience with Microsoft 365 Agents SDK and/or Bot Framework SDK
– Experience with LLMs, agentic frameworks (LangChain / LangGraph), RAG, and vector database integration
– Practical ML/NLP skills — model fine-tuning and building custom NLP pipelines using PyTorch or Hugging Face Transformers
– Familiarity with emerging frameworks such as MCP, Pydantic AI, and Semantic Kernel
– Design and deploy conversational AI solutions using Microsoft Agents SDK and Azure Bot Service
– Develop custom models and optimize them for accuracy and context retention
– Build agentic workflows using frameworks like LangGraph for multi-turn dialogue and tool orchestration
– Fine-tune LLMs for domain-specific tasks and conversational use cases
– Engineer and optimize prompts, evaluating model performance using relevant metrics
– Develop and optimize Neural Machine Translation (NMT) models and NLP algorithms
– Implement RAG architectures with vector databases for context-aware tasks
– Integrate Azure AI Services into production systems
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams on AI solution architecture and deployment
– Stay current with GenAI advancements to drive innovation
– Studies: Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, CCE, or relevant field (Additional certification in Business Intelligence is a plus)
– Experience: 3+ years of experience in the field
– Languages: Proficient in Arabic, French, and English
